The challenge
Dental communication oscillates between technical jargon and stock-photo-level smiling. Neither reduces patient anxiety, which is the real obstacle.
The clinic needed to explain complex treatments to people arriving frightened and in a rush, and turn that visit into a booked appointment.
What we did
We designed the site with a clear hierarchy by treatment, explaining each one in plain language before going into clinical detail.
We position the appointment booking as a single, persistent action, visible throughout the entire user journey.
We produced the reference graphic material using the same visual system, so that the physical experience would match the digital one.
The result
The initial visit is shortened and initial distrust is reduced, because the patient arrives informed instead of defensive.
