What data do we process and for what purpose
When you write to us through the contact form, by email or via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message) to answer your query, prepare a proposal and, if we reach an agreement, manage the professional relationship.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent to us sending you the inquiry and, where applicable, the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by you. When there is a professional relationship, compliance with legal obligations, for example fiscal ones, also applies.
How long we keep the data
We retain the data from queries that do not become a project for the time necessary to respond to them and, at most, twelve months. Customer data is retained for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use providers who process data on our behalf, such as web hosting, email, and Google web analytics tools, with the guarantees required by the GDPR. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case, they do so in compliance with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
