How it develops: these projects always start with a discovery phase (€1,500 + VAT, deductible from the total if we move forward together) in which we define scope, architecture and KPIs. The final quote is adjusted after this phase.

Estimated time frame: 12-16 weeks from the close of discovery.

Review rounds policy

What counts as a review round?

Each project is delivered in phases (design, development, launch). In each phase, one round of review is:

  1. A consolidated delivery of comments from your side, not dripping over several days. We ask for the entire revised phase in a single document or session.
  2. Received within a maximum of 5 working days from the delivery of the work. After that time, the project continues as delivered and subsequent changes are counted as an additional round.
  3. Focused on adjustments to the delivered work: typography, specific colors, copy, hierarchy, spacing, behavior of a specific element.

What doesn't go into a round?

  1. Strategic direction or brand identity changes after passing the discovery phase (e.g., replacing the entire visual system or refocusing the value proposition).
  2. New pages or sections that were not in the original scope.
  3. Changes requested in a later phase that require redoing work from previous phases already approved (e.g., modifying the design when it is already under development).
  4. Integrations, functionalities or additional tools not contemplated in the contract.

These changes are valued separately as scope extensions, with a specific budget and deadline before being executed.

Additional rounds

If you need more rounds than those included in your tier, they are billed at 150 € + VAT per additional round in Launch Pad and Growth Boost projects, and at an hourly rate in Elite Pro projects. We will notify you before starting any additional round for you to decide whether to proceed.
